En una planta superior, el dormitorio, un cuarto de baño y una amplia terraza con vistas al mar. El dormitorio se encuentra en la planta de arriba, al que se accede por la escalera de caracol que pueden ver en las fotos. Desde la terraza se accede a una azotea privada, con espectaculares vistas a 360º. Distribuido en dos plantas, cuenta con una terraza con vistas a la playa en cada planta, además de una azotea solarium desde donde la panorámica sobre las playas de Corralejo es única.
