Bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, private bathroom with hot water, and TV with Netflix. • Bedroom 2: Twin bunk bed, ideal for children or additional guests. Both bedrooms feature air conditioning and comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Bathrooms: • Two full bathrooms, both with hot water • Walk-in showers with modern finishes Kitchen & Dining: • Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with everything needed to prepare your meals, including: • Standard-size refrigerator • Electric stove • Microwave • Coffee maker • Basic cooking utensils Outdoor Area: The outdoor area at Blue La Vie includes: • Private pool • Spacious patio • Fire pit • Outdoor projector • Grill for outdoor cooking • Areas designed to relax and enjoy quality time Location: Located just 5 minutes from restaurants and beaches in Aguadilla, offering a perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Parking: • Free on-site parking • Safe and easily accessible area Guest access: Blue La Vie is a completely private property. During your stay, guests will have full access to the private wagon, as well as all outdoor areas, including the private pool, patio, fire pit, outdoor projector, and grill area. Guests will also have full access to all interior spaces for their comfort. The property offers self check-in, and detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Free on-site parking is available for guests. Guests will only have access to the areas designated for their stay. Any private or restricted areas will be clearly marked. Other things to note House Rules & Recommendations: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to follow these guidelines: Pool: • Do not enter the pool with beach sand. Failure to comply will result in a $125 cleaning fee. • Eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed. • All minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. • No diving or jumping into the pool. Bathrooms: • Do not flush toilet paper or any other items down the toilet. Trash: • Please dispose of all trash in the trash bin located outside the property. Quiet Hours: • From 10:00 p.m. onward. Towels: • Please ensure the number of towels at check-out matches the number provided. • Leave used towels in the bathroom. Energy: • Turn off lights and air conditioning units before leaving the property. Smoking: • Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Late Check-out / Early Check-in: • Late check-out or early check-in will incur a fee of $50 per additional hour, subject to availability. Children: • Children are welcome; however, the property is not specifically designed for minors. • Children must be supervised at all times. Supervision is the guest’s responsibility. Arrival Time: • We are flexible with arrivals after 3:00 p.m. (check-in time). • If arrival is late at night, direct assistance from our team may not be available; however, access instructions are clear and easy to follow.
