Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

The Bay is a stylish 1 bedroom apartment situated metres from the shore on the edge of Broadford Bay. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room which opens out onto a private decking area. The kitchen has a hob, oven & microwave, an under counter fridge with small icebox. Though annexed to the main house it has its own private entrance and parking. The Little Hemp Cabin sits on our croft in Breakish, just outside Broadford in South Skye. It’s a small, self-contained space surrounded by open ground, big skies and shifting Highland weather. Built from hemp and timber, the cabin feels naturally warm and calm. The walls regulate temperature well, so it stays comfortable year-round without feeling sealed or artificial. Inside, the layout is simple and uncluttered, with everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Braes Retreat - Garden Apartment

Braes Retreat is a garden apartment tucked away in the peaceful community of Braes. Just six miles out of Portree, its central location on the island is an ideal base to visit the whole of the Isle of Skye. The apartment sits in an established garden, overlooking the Sound of Raasay, with shore access from the croft. Private and cosy self-catering accommodation in a detached stone byre situated within one mile of local amenities in Broadford village, including cafes, restaurants, supermarket and fuel pumps. The bedroom leads into a small kitchen/living area furnished with a sofa and breakfast bar, microwave, portable electric hob (no oven), George Foreman grill, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery, pans, crockery and cooking utensils.

A comfortable and welcoming hobbit house with bags of character, perfect for a romantic getaway. Set out as studio accommodation with an ensuite shower room, lobby and kitchenette. The cabin is situated alongside but separate from the main house with it's own parking space and picnic table. We are quarter of a mile from the nearest road with spectacular views all around so very peaceful.

A comfortable, modern, well-equipped cottage with mountain and sea views. With good access to the island and near local shops and restaurants, Bruaich Mhor is an ideal base for exploring the wonderful Isle of Skye. The cottage sleeps a maximum of two people.
