The Barn is a converted donkey stable, with traditional lime plaster walls and upcycled timber giving it a rustic feel. A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

The Cottage is best suited to a couple or small family, there is a double bedroom and double sofa bed in the Lounge. A secluded south facing garden catches the sun most of the day and provides outdoor entertaining. A fully fitted kitchen includes gas hob and oven, integrated dishwasher.
