Relaxed, laid back and walking distance from the centre of Lajares! A great place if you want to surf or just relax. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has a total of 65m2. The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. The veranda has a great view and is a great place to chill. Lajares is a little village in the countryside, which is very well known by surfers and backpackers because of the central position to the famous surf-spots and virgin beaches of the north-coast. 12km from Corralejo, 35km to the Airport, 4km to the beach. In the village you can find several restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, surfshops and schools, bars and a Handicraft market on Saturdays.

This beautiful 2 bedroom bungalow is completely solar powered and has no light pollution. Centrally located on the outskirts of Tefía Fueteventura, a car is essential. Ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for groups greater than 6, stag, hen parties.

Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage und bietet eine private Terrasse (60qm). Besonders geeignet ist das Haus für Digital Nomads und Traveling Workers. Es steht ein 300 MBit synchrones WLan, sowie eine feste VPN Verbindung nach Frankfurt mit ca. 45 MBit zur Verfügung und 2x27’‘ Monitor im Büro. Es erwartet Sie ein großes helles Wohnzimmer mit Barbereich und eingebauter Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer und hat Platz für max. 4 Pers. Rauchen ist im Aussenbereich natürlich erlaubt!
