Está a solo dos kilómetros de Lajares, pueblo con un ambiente surfero muy apreciado, y muy cerca de corralejo, el pueblo más grande del norte de la isla donde encontrarás restaurantes de todo tipo, un paseo marítimo alrededor de una preciosa playa y el pequeño puerto donde puedes coger embarcaciones a la isla de lobos y Lanzarote. Casa Perinquén es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y de la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es un apartamento reformado, dentro de una edificación antigua, aportando así carácter y buena ubicación. Es ideal para relajarse, no hacer nada o para usarla de base para recorrer esta isla tan bonita.
