This detached villa with swimming pool is located on 1.200 m² ground, in the middle of a forested hiking area. From the villa you have a beautiful view on the sea, the port, the mountain Montgó, and the village Jávea. The house is ideal for four people coming to vacation in Spain. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Zo kijk je uit op de cliffen en loop je binnen 15 minuten naar het adembenemende Cala Moraig (de terugweg is wel eventjes een klim). Daarnaast ben je binnen no-time bij de mooiste plekken van de Costa Blanca Noord. Het appartement is zeer recent gerenoveerd. Met een warm hart ontvangen we je heel graag op deze plek waar wij zelf zo verliefd op zijn geworden.
