Spectacular views of the Alhambra. Terrace. This is a duplex apartment on two floors with lovely views south of the Alhambra & Sierra Nevada mountains from the top floor. It has a private terrace with comfortable furniture for relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sightseeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom is upstairs, it has a normal size double bed and views of the Alhambra. A cot for a baby with a comfortable mattress and a high chair are available on request. The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player. Private parking space 150m from the apartment, which needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. On the day of departure arrangements for left luggage or catching a taxi can also be made with the house keeper. If you need our parking space it needs to be paid for in advance to be reserved and costs 15 euros a day / 80 euros a week.

We rent out our wonderful 60 m2 apartment with 45 m2 private terrace and panorama views of the sea, 1 h 20 m from Málaga airport. The apartment was new in 2009 (renovated 2019) and is situated 3 km from the beach in an authentic Spanish village. The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy a stress-free village close to the sea while visiting beautiful Granada or Málaga, hiking in Sierra Nevada or exploring the Almería coast.

Este apartamento está integrado en un Carmen catalogado de la época Renacentista como se puede apreciar por sus columnas y entablamiento. Los Cármenes eran unas viviendas moriscas exclusivas del Albaicín (Granada), que posteriormente han sido rehabilitadas por los Cristianos. Recintos cerrados por altas tapias, que guardan en su interior jardines, fuentes y alberca que hacen de antesala a las dependencias de la vivienda.
