Welcome to our beautiful villa, a few steps away (300m) from a stunning and quiet beach! This newly renovated (2024) two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging on the patio in the large garden. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a separate study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

Il mio alloggio è a 5 metri dalla spiaggia , il cancello del giardino si apre direttamente sul mare.Nel giardino c'è una spiaggetta con sdraio e ombrelloni,barbecue,doccia, splendide viste panoramiche.Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie,chi viaggia per lavoro,famiglie(con bambini),grandi gruppi e animali domestici.
