The house has two bedrooms, two twins and one queen with new bedding and new mattresses. Bathroom tub with shower and washer and dryer. Kitchen with granite counters and island. Kitchen seats four with eat in table. Keurig one cup coffee, breakfast snacks, coffee, bottled water complimentary. All new appliances. Everything you should need for comfortable stay provided. Fenced back yard with deck Driveway parking for two vehicles. Check in is at 3:00. Check out 11:00 am.

The Charming Cottage is peacefully located in the country 10 minutes from Richlands and nestled behind a tree line for your privacy. The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . The unit sleeps 4 – 5 and the property allows for parking trailered boats or RV’s.
