We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. You’ll love Scott Hill Cabin because of the view, ambience, and location. There are brochures in the cabin to see what options our area has for you. The actual address of the cabin is 1166 Orchard Road. We allow pets, but just ask for prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail. Despite the listing saying 2 beds, it is in fact, 1 double bed. Sorry for the listing mistake. We want to extend a military discount to our past and present service members.

Welcome to our home!!! We are a half-mile from great skiing at Beech Mountain Resort which also has snow tubing, snowboarding, downhill and cross country skiing, and ice skating. And that's just winter activities!!! In the summer there are countless hiking trails, fishing, nearby tourist attractions and almost any activity you can think of! A fire pit has been finished and there is kindling and wood available at no cost. There is a separate freezer in the storage room that guests may use.

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you

The Alpine A-Frame

The Alpine A is a solar powered structure on a lean-to roof, built by Gary from the show "Mountain Men" on History Channel. A deck with gas firepit, small grill, a couple folding chairs. Inside is a small living room, kitchenette, toilet room, shower room, queen size bed, twin size bed in the loft, the couch is a futon sleeper. If you've ever wondered what a tiny home is like, now is your chance to experience it in the Alpine A! We are less than 7 minutes from Boone.

We invite you to stay in our beautifully remodeled apartment in the lower level of our home in the heart of Valle Crucis (we live upstairs). Guests have exclusive access to the patio and deck just outside the suite with the most spectacular views in the area. Enjoy meals on the patio while overlooking Dutch Creek and the surrounding mountain views. We've lived here for 47 years and remodeled the lower level in 2020 to allow us to share this special place with others!

The A-Frame on Blueberry Hill is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that sits on 5 acres made up of rolling hills, 2 small ponds & of course its namesake; a Blueberry orchard. In addition to the king & queen bedrooms, there is an upstairs loft area with a queen bed adjacent to the bathroom, as well as a recently renovated basement with a set of bunk beds and an additional queen bed. We also have a new hot tub, propane grill and large outdoor deck.
