We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. SA00013F Courtyard Cottage is one bedroom self catering property situated between Kirkmichael and Crosshill. Close to the walking village of Straiton and near to the dark sky park, we also have the ‘Ayrshire Alps’ on our doorstep for cyclists. We are less than a five minute drive from Dalduff wedding venue. Turnberry golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Royal Troon approximately 30 minutes away. There are many beautiful beaches Culzean castle and Dumfries House all within a short drive.

Welcome to Kirkbride Garden Cottage. Our 2 bedroom, family cottage, sits on the Kirkbride estate on edge of the Galloway Forest Dark Sky Park. We are a stones throw away from 4 of Ayrshire's best wedding venues, Dalduff Farm, Barwhey's Farm, Blairquhan Castle & Cloncaird Castle. We are 20 minutes from our beautiful coastline, surrounded by some of Scotland's award winning golf courses; from Turnberry and Old Prestwick to a selection of courses in Troon and afar.

Grooms Cottage

Sleeps 6 – 3 large double bedrooms Part of the former castle stable block, Groom’s Cottage is one of four set around a courtyard. Take two steps up to enter the spacious open plan living area which features a warming open log fire. Head up the wooden stairs to discover two king-size double bedrooms, whilst up a further five steps is a third king-size room. All bedrooms boast an en-suite shower room and many rooms have views over the castle grounds.
