Our large 4 bedroomed family home is set in the peaceful village of Belton just 2 mins drive from the M180. It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

Our spacious annex is the perfect place for a peaceful nights sleep. Located in the picturesque village of Crowle, surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside. Luxurious king size bed, good wi-fi connection, spacious lounge area to relax in, newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath, tea, toast & full kitchen. On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

A town centre historic building with the best of the modern world. Park up privately & enter the bright spacious house. A unique kitchen with all modern amenities. Dining room with a beautiful 17th century dining table leads to a living room with media wall & water vapour fire. The patio garden with BBQ firepit, water feature & dart board. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Southview lies in the centre of the hamlet of Saltmarshe in the East Riding of Yorkshire and is situated on the north bank of the River Ouse, downstream of York, Selby and Goole. Saltmarshe Hall wedding venue is 1/4 mile away about 2 minutes drive or nearly 10 minutes walk. The Piggery @ No 14

Located in the historical town of Haxey The Piggery is part of a Grade 2 listed cottage, @ 14 Greenhill Road, Haxey. This bijou apartment has been fully renovated to a sympathetic stylish standard over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a fully working kitchen with a washing machine and dining table. On the first floor is a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy lounge area with views over the garden. In the loft is a spacious king size bed but please mind your heads on the beams.

Lovely Victorian end terrace cottage in the pretty village of Laxton near Howden. We have Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single bedroom. The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

During colder months bags of logs are available for £7 or guests are welcome to bring their own untreated/unpainted wood.
