The mountain cabin is on 2.5 acres of private and quiet surroundings. This perfect location is just 10 minutes from both downtown Blowing Rock and Boone. The natural Stone fireplace adds a romantic atmosphere to this special rustic cabin. Lakes, rivers, creeks and hiking trails are nearby, as well as skiing, cave exploring and even rip- lines for a special thrill. Tweetsie Railroad is just 15 minutes away. Appalachian University is just 10minutes away. There are many wonderful restaurants too.

Our secluded cabins are on top of a mountain with on-property access to the Doe Mountain Recreational Area. Close to National and State Parks, Skiing, Hiking, Camping, Watauga Lake, Boone and Blowing Rock, NC; Damascus and Abingdon, VA . We are centrally located to major attractions but be careful if sightseeing, adventure, or family fun is on your agenda. Once you are here, you might not want to leave. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). Dog friendly.

The cabin rests on a secluded, two-acre tract that adjoins the Jefferson National Forest and Little Wilson Creek Wilderness, near Grayson Highlands and The Creeper Trail. The cabin also boasts rare privacy, with 500+ feet of private creek frontage and no houses in sight. Bring your slingshots, sit on the rocks, cook over open fire, roast s’mores, explore, and relax. Enjoy Starlink Wi-Fi and Roku to stream your favorite shows, while relaxing in one the most untouched areas in America.

The perfect place to relax & enjoy the outdoors -Wood fireplace inside, campfire ring outside. -Secluded and quite, off a well maintained private gravel driveway - 15-minute drive to Banner Elk dining, 10 minutes to grocery & other stores -Golf, award-wining wineries, down hill skiing, etc. within 15-30 min.

Lingael Farm- Blue Moon, a rustic retreat

This pet friendly, rustic cabin has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with 2 twin beds. Enjoy the amenities of a full kitchen, bathroom, excellent wifi. This cabin overlooks the peaceful woods and has a fire pit. The 54 acre property has 0.4 miles of Helton Creek frontage (located a quarter mile away down the driveway), which boasts the best trout fishing in NC! **This cabin is up a steep road. As of 8-1-22 the difficult parts are now PAVED.
