Entre mer et montagne, idéalement située en Pays Cathare, dans l'étang asséché de Marseillette, à 15 minutes à pied Canal du Midi, cette maisonnette de caractère est le point de départ de nombreuses balades, randonnées, visites... La Cité de Carcassonne est à moins d'une demi-heure, les plages de Gruissan et de Narbonne à 45 minutes, l'Espagne à 1 heure, nombreux châteaux cathares à proximité ...

Vous aimez le calme et la nature, alors vous êtes au bon endroit, en effet la route s’achève au gîte. Au-delà, les chemins serpentent dans la pinède et les collines parmi les capitelles. Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.
