Welcome to this Mediterranean-inspired penthouse, ideally located just 400 meters from the beach. The apartment features a master bedroom and a second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer beautiful views of the castle, the coastline, and the city. A stunning private terrace awaits you. It's the perfect place to soak up the sun, enjoy the sea breeze, or dine outdoors.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Con el frío, la piscina se cubre y podéis deleitaros en ella, en la sauna, también comunitaria, o junto al calor de la chimenea.
