Situated on the most pristine and exclusive beaches of the Outer Banks, Shore House and its uninterrupted ocean views are sure to create magical memories for you and your loved ones. All in the 4x4, where the legendary wild horses roam. Five of six bedrooms have ocean views and 4 king bedrooms have ensuites to accommodate your party in luxury. The game room has a pool table and also boasts a 75" tv and wet bar. High-speed wifi and smart tv’s throughout the home to keep everyone entertained.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
