We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. This hand built tiny home is situated on our family property, but away from the main house to give you the privacy you are looking for. While giving you the opportunity to unplug, the Rambler is surrounded by beautiful national forest but is also ideally located just 3.5 miles from the town of Custer, SD. Easy access to Hwy 16/385 and close to all the beauty that the Black Hills to offer.

The home is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown, easy access to trails and paths, and a good starting point for exploring the Black Hills! We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into home! There is a nice fully fenced back yard, plenty of off street parking, as well as use of the garage (low clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions as you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.
