20mins to Brecon Beacons, short journeys to the Zip world Tower, Bike Park Wales Merthyr and Aberdare downhill centre just a stone throw away. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. With kitchen living downstairs and the upstairs having more of a hotel set up with 2 double beds a pull out bed settee and a single bed with shower suite. It’s possible to sleep 3 couples and another. Ideally better to leave the settee as a settee for comfortable living and relaxing both upstairs and down.

Edge of Brecon's Beacons, Zipworld Tower, Penyfan, mountain railway, & numerous walking trails & cycle paths. No pets accepted.

Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

James' Place @ Brynawel - The Rafters

Flexible accommodation to suit your needs. At James' Place we can offer you either a double room or 2 fully equipped studios with the added benefit of your own kitchen. Expect quality affordable accommodation that suits you. Brynawel is a beautiful Victorian house next to Thomastown Park and has stunning views over the Merthyr valley. Brynawel is a very short walk to Merthyr Tydfil town centre, the train and bus station, but far enough away for you to have a peaceful retreat.

Diana Street is a simple, warm, and comfortable no frills property, ready for you to relax in. The property has two double bedrooms with double beds, comfortable bedding and pillows. It has a Lounge with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen smart TV. A Large fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc, and dining table. The large bathroom has a bath to soak away the day's activities.

The apartment is suitable for a couples or for a single travellers. It is very cosy and comfortable space, fully designed and furnished with luxury in mind. Kitchenette includes small fridge, electric stove, microwave and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food. The bathroom consists of a large shower, sink and toilet. Liquid soap and shower gel is included. It sleeps up to 2 people in a double bed . Sheets, blankets, towels and linen is included

Bikes can be stored indoors in the kitchen/diner area. CCTV covering front and back of the property. Dog friendly.
