The Sheep Pen @ Nantygwreiddyn Barns

Reconnect with nature and enjoy the spectacular views from our hill farm in the Black Mountains. The historic stone barn has been sympathetically converted into two adjoining cottages. The Sheep Pen, a double bedroom with a double sofa bed downstairs and The Byre, with two double bedrooms. Fully self contained with kitchen areas, internet, smart TVs, handy USB sockets in all rooms and bedding and towels provided. Guests have access to our 60 acres of land where we keep rare breed sheep and deer.

Ty Carreg cottage, Bwlch, Brecon

Have fun with the whole family in this Stylish and Beautifully converted cottage in the Heart of the Brecon Beacons. Nestle up in front of the wood burning stove on a cold night, enjoy a BBQ on the patio or a morning drink on the balcony. The cottage is within an active small holding complex that hosts a variety of friendly farm animals. Lots of local attractions, including Walking, cycling, water sports, horse riding, climbing and eating out at the local pub less than 100m down the road.

Little Donkey Cottage

A charming little four star cottage on the edge of the village of Talgarth nestled in the foothills of the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park. An ideal area for walking, cycling, canoeing and other outdoor pursuits. Self contained with private garden and suitable for two adults. Close to all local amenities - shops, pubs, eating places etc. - very well equipped with off road parking, free wifi and good mobile reception. Two nights minimum stay. Hot water provided.

The Breakaway, Crickhowell.

Contemporary, super comfy, and clean in a newly refurbished annex. Minimalist quality decor and high quality furniture, linen and kitchen ware. Your comfort is my priority. There is a fab super king bed that can be split into 2 singles. ( please give prior notice if you’d like this) There is a large smart tv Off street parking and own out door seating area. We welcome cyclists and have secure lock up for bikes, use of track pump, work stand ,hose etc. No children under 12.

Ty Wilber is a stone outhouse with cosy living room, with sofa bed, electric woodburner and kitchen. Double bed in loft room and compact shower room. Beautiful views of the valley and hills from a private terrace accessed from the bedroom. Use of secure private garden. Private parking, an EV charger and use of kayaks for the Brecon canal. The walk to Crickhowell is 20 minutes. Perfect base to explore local area or for walking holiday in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park.

The Log Cabin is a delightful self-contained apartment set amongst the breathtaking beauty of the Brecon Beacons National Park, an international Dark Sky Reserve. Located within the spacious gardens of Pen-y-Bryn Guest House, the accommodation overlooks a natural millpond with the nearby Black Mountains as its backdrop. Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! ( plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

Escape back to nature and wake up to stunning sunrises in our idyllic, custom-built shepherd’s hut. Nestled on the hillside of a beautiful Welsh farm, the hut boasts countryside views in all directions with an outlook across the Welsh border lands and the Skirrid mountain. Fully-equipped with a cosy wood stove and floor to ceiling glass doors our hut is a magical place to sit back, unwind and take in the breath-taking surroundings.

Llangorse lake and Llangorse activity centre are a 10 minute walk away. The perfect base to explore the Brecon Beacons.
