Together we will write your book. We'll start with a few creative exercises, using storytelling and impulsive writing that will set the stage for your imagination. Then we'll begin the writing process where I share some tips & techniques to bring out your book. Finally, we will work on your individual stories and any road blocks you have with the writing and publishing process.

I’ll teach you how to write, edit, and publish your book. We’ll start by going over the writing process and organizing your book in a simplified way to help make the writing process smoother. Then, I’ll share tips on editing and layouts, followed by a discussion on getting published. If you’re a freelance writer, I can also share resources on how to get started if you’re interested in making writing your career.

Guests will be provided 3 pre-cut pieces of wood. Under my supervision each guest will apply a High Voltage of electricity to create individual Lichtenberg Figures or Fractal Burns. Once the figure materializes from the fire and smoke guests will design, create and paint their own unique masterpieces. All materials are provided for 3-4 creations each for this very unique experience as souvenirs, gifts or art for for their homes. Other things to note This is a very unique form of burning wood. Let your imagination direct your creation once you see your unique burn. Costs is $50/person (max is 6 persons). As the first half of the experience is conducted with the garage door open, please dress appropriately for the season.

I will begin with introductions and then we will begin. We will begin by going over the outline process, as it is crucial to the success of the writing process. Next, we will discuss the meat of the story and how to begin your story with the bare bones. After we have the plot thoroughly down, we will begin our descriptions. The next step, is character development and I will show you as to why this is so important for the success of your book. Lastly, we will discuss dialogue and practice writing dialogue effectively. We will also dabble a bit with the editing process.

We have a number of tours devoted to appreciating the natural beauty and aliveness this Universe has to offer, while connecting with the same aliveness that animates our bodies. Whether we are gazing at the mountains, the sun, the moon, the stars, the forest, a waterfall, whether hiking in the woods or sitting on the mountain top, we start each tour by setting an intention to help ground us in the present moment. We provide some guidance on attaining a state of expanded awareness designed to connect us with the rich aliveness of the natural world all around. Our guided meditations are designed to create a sense of oneness with all that is, while Mother Nature provides a beautiful container for Self-exploration and Self-discovery. Each tour concludes with a sharing circle for those who feel motivated to share their experience and some guidance for further Self-investigation. Each participant will leave feeling a deeper connection to all that is as well as tools to help them connect with inner peace in the midst of everyday life. [Please note that our excursions often involve venturing into the mountains, where temperatures can be much cooler. Bring a jacket or wear layers to ensure your comfort. Comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are also important to bring.]
