HUGE private backyard area which includes JACUZZI, BBQ, outside shower, fire pit, room for activities all steps from the beach! The property is a single family home w/AC and NOT A SHARED UNIT! The upstairs and downstairs are set up with their own bathrooms, and multiple sleeping areas. Upstairs has full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom & 1 bath. Downstairs has garage, bathroom and bar room!

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
