Soak in the Orange County sun in this renovated condominium in the gated Ritz Pointe community. With great views and a relaxing atmosphere, the apartment also offers an exclusive private walk to the beautiful Salt Creek and Strands beaches. We completed this full top-to-bottom renovation in June 2016 with all the details to best anticipate your needs, as if we ourselves were staying there. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here. This is a quiet top-floor 2bed/2bath condo that comfortably sleeps 5 (1 king, 1 queen and 1 roll-away bed). The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy lots of comfortable seating, a cozy gas burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio. If you prefer to be outside, soak up the sun at our impressive pool or enjoy any of our 2 Jacuzzi's. The condo comes with 1 parking spot, but the community has ample free parking if you need more. The location is in the beautiful Ritz Pointe guard-gated community, a 3 minute drive to the nearest beach or a lovely 15 minute stroll down an exclusive path that begins in our community, goes past the Monarch Beach Resort golf course, and down to the sand. Take a 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point Harbor. There is also a open air trolley at your service less than a mile from the condo ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is also conveniently down the street from Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, and many great restaurants. The entire condo and all the Ritz Pointe amenities are yours to enjoy! - Large pool - 2 jacuzzis - Gym - Kids playroom inside the Clubhouse - Free parking We are here to help anytime you need it. A short walk or even shorter drive away from the best beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and boutiques in Orange County, this apartment is the perfect getaway for families, solo travelers, or couples looking for Californian sun, sea, and relaxation. PLEASE NOTE we do not allow any type of parties or loud noise after 10pm in the home. This is a quiet community with neighbors close by so any violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund. If you're headed to Laguna Beach, take advantage of the open air trolley located less than a mile from the condo, ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is easily accessible and located on the ground level, so there are no stairs involved. The parking is a covered carport located a few steps away from the condo front door.

San Clemente ocean view beach condo, your home away from home, located in the "Pier Bowl" resort area and near downtown for restaurants/pubs/shopping/business district, We're within 600 feet of the beach, pier, and the famous Fisherman's Restaurant and bar - they have an early diners menu during the week - always great for viewing sunsets. Additional restaurants are across from the pier- The Pierside ( delicious fine dining), La Galetta Creperie (Yum!), Bear Cost coffee and pastry shop, a coffee and ice cream shop, a small convenience store and gift shop are all there in the pier area. There is a beautiful scenic walking trail right along the beach. It's about a 1 1/2 miles to north beach and about the same distance south to Calafia beach. Unit is located in a small condo complex, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 bedroom one bath unit, fully furnished, kitchen equipped. Elevator from garage to each floor. Laundry facility available in parking garage, one space for parking .The swimming pool is right out the front door for an alternate to the beach, bar-b-que in the pool area. Utensils for bar-b-que in drawer under oven. Friendly people, stress-free living, and near I-5 for quick access to San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. Amtrak and Metrolink rail service within one block for added convenience. Additional amenities: ice chests, beach chairs, boogie boards, lounge chair, beach towels provided. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. Please enjoy our beautiful pool area with a bathroom and dry sauna within pool area. Temecula Wine Country Row just 25 minutes away Hiking /mountain bike trails are 5 minutes away.
