World Class luxury spa & gym is just across the street, pizza gets delivered in minutes and the public transport / taxis are around the corner. The apartment is situated downtown, at the first floor of an old buiding with 5 apartments, near the national theatre, the central park, close to bars and dinings. You’ll love it because of the high ceilings, the coziness, the art that is shown inside and the details of good taste.

This two rooms apartment is located in the south side of the city in a fairly quiet area with a great wiev. The city center is from 10 minutes away by car, the bus station is 2 minutes on foot from the building. There is a minimarket on the ground floor of the building.
