The Annex is totally self contained and close to the beach Welcombe Mouth, in a very quiet and beautiful part of the world just on the border between North Devon and Cornwall. At our doorstep you will find the South West Coastal path leading you along stunning coastal views & ancient landmarks, as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea to enjoy hikes & cycle rides. The beautiful beaches of Sandymouth, Bude and Widemouth Bay are close attracting surfers all year around.

Forget Me Not Shepherd's hut is nestled between the North Cornish countryside and coast. Escape to a cosy and secluded space in the heart of a beautiful hamlet. Minimal light pollution creates a magical view of the stars. We are dog friendly and located only a 10 minute drive from the nearest sandy beach. Room annexed to my house in lovely coastal village setting. Private entrance and private patio area. Sit outside , enjoy a takeaway and a glass or two 🙂 Only two-and-a-half miles to the very famous Hartland Quay beach, and absolutely stunning coastal walks. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

Pippins Shepherds Hut & Wood-fired Hot Tub

Pippins is a gorgeous shepherd's hut in a romantic and magical location. There's everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. A bathroom with shower and compost loo (don't worry it's fine!). A kitchen area with hob, microwave and fridge, in case you decide not to pop along to The Bush nearby! The wood burner will keep you toasty warm. There’s also a BBQ for al fresco dining. Last, but by no means least, we heat up the amazing wood-fired hot tub for your own exclusive use.

Little Barn is close to an amazingly beautiful beach in a very quiet and stunning part of the world just on the border between North Devon and Cornwall. There is excellent walking along the South West coast path straight out of the back door as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea. There is a wonderful local pub within walking distance serving good food. Great for families, surfers, swimmers, walkers, couples, anyone wanting a rural escape.

The Granary at Linton Farm, Welcombe

The Granary is a cosy cottage for two in a beautiful hamlet that is part of the North Devon AONB. The stunning beach of Welcombe Mouth is within walking distance, starting from the public footpath at the bottom of the garden. Tucked behind Linton farmhouse, overlooking farmland, with distant sea views it is a great place for walking, surfing, mountain biking or just relaxing and watching the magnificent sunsets and amazing starry skies free from any light pollution.
