One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Our home is set on Dartmoor National Park surrounded by some of the UK’s most stunning scenery. The house is light and spacious with a well kept garden overlooking beautiful Dartmoor. Plenty of parking as well. There are many different walks straight from our doorstep, and many cycle routes. Ten minute drive away is Tavistock an ancient pannier market town. Five minutes walk to the local pub. So many Devon attractions within driving distance and about an hour to Devon and Cornish coasts.

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden.
