The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

The Pig Hut Escape to the privacy and tranquillity of The Pig Hut, our sole self contained Shepherd’s Hut in over an acre of its own land. The Pig Hut offers accommodation for two, on the banks of our picturesquely lit pond and overlooking our paddock to the rear. The Hut is on mains electricity, heated and is fully equipped with a kitchen oven/hob and en-suite bathroom. Fast WiFi. Guests also have the sole use of an outside electric hot tub with canopy.
