A fantastic park with a lighted trail is only one block away or stroll down main street for local shops. Get the small town, country feel, while having close access to all things Nashville! We are located nearly 2 mi from the interstate(65), 12mi to Downtown Nashville, 20mi to BNA(airport), less than 10mi to Hendersonville and Whites Creek!

Nestled in a prime location walking distance to Centennial Park and local restaurants, this updated cottage basement apartment offers the perfect retreat with quick access to Vanderbilt. There is a fully equipped, full-size kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the second has a twin bed with a pull out, twin trundle.

We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

Must see to appreciate the beauty and amenities offered by this unique, beautiful home. We welcome families, pets and groups. A very quiet neighborhood. Not suitable for loud parties. Quiet time is 9 pm to 7 am.

East Nashville Cozy Cottage

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
