Welcome to the Henry Connor Bost House. Our home was built in 1869 and has been fully restored to it's previous glory! It is listed on The National Register of Historic Places. The comfortable furnishings, luxury linens, and modern amenities make this country estate a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy eating outside on the large farm table, swimming in the lovely pool, or walking the 135 acres. A second home listed as The Cottage at Henry Connor Bost Farm can also be rented.

The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

Welcome to the Carriage House on the River. The house is cozy, clean and private. Enjoy beautiful views from the large back deck. Use quiet time to relax, read a book or enjoy nature. Just a few steps away is the Yadkin River. The location is perfect for those who want to get away, but also want life's conveniences minutes away. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, sink, electric griddle, & coffee maker stocked with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The entire house is yours.

Enjoy food from the grill followed with s'mores by the fire pit. Lift the side wall up with ease to expand your space out onto the deck and immerse yourself into nature. You’ll fall in love with this peaceful and centrally-located home in the heart of Village of CLEMMONS. Completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, beautiful details and walnut laminate floors. Ideal for a business trip or long term stay, house has a small office with desk and Wifi. Price will double after March 17th when renovations are completed. We will honor all bookings made with the lower price prior to that date, however extensions will be made for the new price.

The living space is located on the 2nd floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor. There are 15 stair steps between the 2 levels. The property is located 1-1/2 miles from downtown Mocksville and Interstate 40. Travel time is 25 mins to Winston-Salem & Wake Forest University, 22 mins to downtown Statesville, & 24 mins to Salisbury.

Enjoy beautiful woods, creeks and picnic areas; pet the horses and miniature donkeys; or just relax by the fireplace, or bonfire with your favorite beverage. Finish your day with a deep sleep on super comfy premium bedding and linens.
