It is a 3 bedroom , 2 1/2 bath , 2 story home with decks overlooking the valley on both floors. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. It is perfect for a family vacation or a group getaway. You can park in the single car garage. Rock City & Ruby Falls are a 7 mile drive and downtown Chattanooga is 14 miles.

Tucked away in a quiet lakeside community with a GOLF CART! Only 6.4 miles to the heart of downtown Blue Ridge. Hop on the Golf Cart and head on over to the Beach, through neighborhood to Morganton Point Recreational Area where you can enjoy Lake access, public beach, kayak & paddle board rentals, a boat ramp and the most beautiful sunsets. After the beach take the Gold Cart over to Nomads market for lunch and ice cream. Great neighborhood for walking, biking, and easy paved road access.

We are about 14 minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge where you can hop on the Scenic Railway to McCaysville and Copperhill, TN or enjoy shopping and dining. It is also 25 miles to the new casino in Murphy, NC. You’ll love the views, location and proximity to the lake. We'd be happy to host you and your family and friends. This cabin can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably, making it ideal for a family getaway. There are two bedrooms in total; the first contains a queen-size bed on the first floor, and the sleeping loft is comprised of a double bed and 1 twin. Our scenic property offers 8.5 acres of serenity with 4 rustic/modern cabins (with HOT TUBS) and 3 high-end glamping tents. Also included: the use of our "Lodge" building which includes: Pool Table, Ping-Pong, Juke-Box Style Music System & more!

This lovely mountain home in Fannin County, Ga is only 9 minutes from McCaysville, 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge or the Morgantown Point Recreational Area, rafting/kayaking on the Taccoa/Occoe rivers, hiking, and the scenic railroad. It boasts a giant hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, gas grill and mountain quiet on the end of the street. The 3rd bedroom is an open loft-great for the kids! This home offers 2 porches complete with rocking chairs, porch swing, and complete serenity.

Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Fourth bedroom is bunks in the recreation room. Pool table, foosball, board games. Walking trails on the lake, public NFS land at the bottom of the foothill. Additional rental contract is required by the owner. TWO king beds.

North Shore Bungalow @ Coolidge Park

This location cannot be beat! Right in the heart of North Shore. It is one block to Frazier Ave, which boasts many unique boutiques, restaurants, and bars. A short walk across the walking bridge is the downtown area. This historic bungalow is quiet and pleasant set back away from the road, with many stairs to the front door. For your knowledge, we do have a full-time tenant that lives in the upstairs apartment through a separate entrance.
