DirectTV on both TV's (living room and bedroom). Central A/C, pay-per use laundry facilities available. Heated pool and several propane BBQ's on site as well. Beach is a very short 4 min walk. We have beach chairs and towels for you to use as well. Several great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are within walking distance!

Included is a washer/dryer and is a very desirable rental for monthly or seasonal. Both bathrooms and kitchen have been remodeled. 2 Parking Spaces included. Early and Late check/in out must be approved in writing and subject to a $5 per hour charge at the owners discretion

In a highly desirable location, this Studio is only a 1/2 block to everything. The Pier, Beach restaurants and shops, and the Atlantic Ocean are right there in front of you. A heated pool and loungers are available if you just want to hang out at the Condo Unit. Our condo rental is available by days, weeks or month. This unit is for 2 persons who love being a block to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
