There's a ton of natural light, plus comfy queen and king beds, nice new linens, and more. Please note there is a security camera on the pool and in the pool equipment area for your safety. Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for first pet, $25 per additional (additional pet fee after the first will be billed after your reservation is complete). Maximum 3 dogs.

Rosewood Beach House - 5 stars for Sparkling Clean

Located in Rehoboth Beach, Rosewood Beach House is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach (1.6 miles) with no need to get on Route 1 - just take the underpass and then Church Street. Two summer season Rehoboth parking passes are provided to guests. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms and sleeps 12 with 3.5 baths. There are 2 large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a yoga deck, a screened deck, and a backyard w/grill and fire table. Parking for 4 cars.

The 1934 Farmhouse (close to the beaches)

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. The Sand Pebble is a 3 story home located 1 block from the boardwalk / ocean and 2 short blocks from the main street in Bethany Beach built in 2019. It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.
