Acogedor apartamento en Marina Real II, urbanización de nueva construcción donde podrás disfrutar de sol durante todo el año y vistas al Montgó. Se encuentra a 5 min de La Marina, puerto deportivo con restaurantes y bares, y de la Marineta Casiana, playa con bandera azul en la que comienza la bonita zona de Les Rotes. A 12 min andando llegarás al centro de Denia, y a 15 min a la terminal de ferry, con trayectos diarios a Ibiza o Formentera. Supermercados y farmacia a 500m y gasolinera a 200m.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.
