Parking spaces for two vehicles along with an outside seating area. Self catering fully equipped Kitchen. Double bed with bedding and towels provided. No pets.

A traditional barn, set on the slopes of Whernside, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this truly is a secluded spot. Located at the end of a narrow track, it is surrounded by woodland, fields and two streams. The open plan, rustic style suits couples, small groups and some families, and is ideal as a base for outdoor activities. A peaceful dog-friendly rural retreat with walks on your doorstep, exclusive use of the garden, charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, and a wood-fired hot tub to relax in.

Sunnyside Cottage

2+ NIGHTS - REQUEST A SPECIAL RATE. 18thC, cosy cottage on the cobbled streets of Dent. The comfortable lounge boasts a wood burner, recliner and smart TV. The vintage kitchen has kept its original charm, while being well equipped with modern conveniences including a washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom boasts views of the village church and hills beyond, and has a super wide bed and high spec mattress. Bedroom 2 is a small bedroom with a single bed and views to Combe Scar.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
