The cottage features beautiful outdoor spaces, a large stone fireplace with woodburning stove, wooden shutters, exposed beams, a fully fitted hand made kitchen, walk in rain showers and romantic roll top bath. Situated at the end of a quiet lane, you're just minutes way from scenic canalside walks with a traditional village pub only a 15 minute stroll away. The perfect location for adventure or relaxation. With quick access to Derby, Nottingham, and the Peak District, you’re close to family favourites like Calke Abbey, Alton Towers, and Twycross Zoo. Donington Park is just a short 15-minute drive away.

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this brand new converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Rose Cottage is our 1680’s cottage set in the heart of the the Castle Donington conservation area. Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. We live nearby, and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.
