The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

The Burrows is a self-contained garden flat tucked away on a quiet back road in the heart of Buxton. It has its own private entrance and garden (5 steps down) with an off-road parking space for a small car. A deceptively spacious bolthole the flat has one large bedroom with a kingsize bed, bathroom with bath and shower, a library and study area, a light and airy living room, and a recently upgraded kitchen. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.

Litton Mill is a beautiful converted former watermill located right in the heart of the Peak District national park, minutes walk from the Monsal Trail. The apartment has been recently renovated and features a stunning 640 sq ft open plan living, dining room and kitchen area as well as two large ensuite bedrooms each having super king beds (which can be turned into two single beds if required) with an additional pullout small single bed in each room.
