Depandanza is a self-contained apartment with an art gallery-like atmosphere and fairytale bedroom in the heart of the traditional village of Poljubinj. Many local hikes begin at the front door, including waterfalls, gorges, and the Soca River, all within about a half hour walk. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. The apartment offers easy proximity to a larger town with the charm and tranquility of a peaceful village

The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Si accede direttamente dalla terrazza privata affacciata sul cortile. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico e tutti i siti più belli della città a piedi ed il capolinea dei bus urbani è a soli 5 minuti.

The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation!
