The accommodation is the entire first floor of a detached house in a quiet area with a beach nearby. Guests have parking on the driveway and access via a private door. This leads to stairs to the first floor, this will be solely for guests. This area consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and a third smaller room to prepare and heat food, dine and watch TV. This first floor will be totally private to visiting guests during their stay.

Tranquillity in the city

The house is in a residential area and not suitable for excessive noise or parties. No groups of under 25 years permitted.
