A cosy studio annexe with outdoor kitchen, dining and decking area set on an acre of beautiful garden, with access to private woodland. Secluded but near Wakefield, Yorkshire Sculpture Park is only 5 mins away and the Hepworth Gallery 15 mins. The vibrant city of Leeds is just 20 minutes away. Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

Peaceful and comfortable stay with family. 2 min drive to B&M ASDA & ALDI, McDonald's, GREGGS, Costa, barber shop and salon, leisure centre, pharmacy etc. Breakfast available at ASDA and takeaways are open until late, nearby. City Centre is 10 min drive or 25 min on bus. 8 min connection to M1 & M62. Royal Armories, Whiterose Shopping centre, Leeds city museum, Art gallery, Kirkgate market, Kirkstall Abbey, Roundhay Park, Middleton Railway, tropical world are some must see attractions.

Rose Cottage - annexe with off road parking

Relax in Mirfield on your own south facing balcony with lovely countryside views. This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

Surrounded by 25 acres of pasture land, with Alpacas popping up everywhere you look ! not to mention all the other animals. This Old Farm house, is a perfect retreat for familys or friends, close to our near by villages pubs and restaurants, castle hill, Holmfirth, or to visit Yorkshire's nearby attractions, a real hidden gem.

The Annexe, Morley

A home from home, suitable for weekend breaks or those business trips, fully equipped and centrally located, a short bus or train ride to Leeds, with. Supermarkets, leisure centre and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Fully self contained with own access. Double and Single bed, with full Sky package and internet so you want for nothing. Old School House Annex

Contained within a converted 19th century Chapel/School this modern single ground floor annex provides a restful haven for weary travellers. With its own private courtyard and outside fireplace there's a feeling of peacefulness inside and out. If you fancy a short stroll, the Hare and Hounds pub provides excellent food and entertainment, and there are direct buses to Leeds, Wakefield, Elland Road and the White Rose Centre.

Charming one bedroomed self contained cottage

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
