The National Mining Museum & Cannon Hall Farm are nearby, Peak District National Park, Leeds, York, Sheffield also within easy reach. Just 1 or 2 miles from M1 Junction 38 & 39. Refurbished to a high standard retaining many original features, with oak beams & open country views.

A cosy studio annexe with outdoor kitchen, dining and decking area set on an acre of beautiful garden, with access to private woodland. Secluded but near Wakefield, Yorkshire Sculpture Park is only 5 mins away and the Hepworth Gallery 15 mins. The vibrant city of Leeds is just 20 minutes away. Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

Rose Cottage - annexe with off road parking

Relax in Mirfield on your own south facing balcony with lovely countryside views. This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

The Flat, Shepley secure parking & welcome hamper

A spacious, detached and self-contained one bedroom flat - access via steps with handrail. It is just 5 mins walk from the village train station with access to Manchester, Leeds and direct to Sheffield. It has open plan living, dining, kitchen and study areas with separate shower room and parking within a private gated driveway. No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.

A large detached four bedroom house. It is a new build with large Bi Fold doors to access the private south facing garden with large 7 seat Hot Tub. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £200.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.

Old School House Annex

Contained within a converted 19th century Chapel/School this modern single ground floor annex provides a restful haven for weary travellers. With its own private courtyard and outside fireplace there's a feeling of peacefulness inside and out. If you fancy a short stroll, the Hare and Hounds pub provides excellent food and entertainment, and there are direct buses to Leeds, Wakefield, Elland Road and the White Rose Centre.

Charming one bedroomed self contained cottage

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Our little cottage is the perfect base for visits to the local tourist attractions, such as Hebden Bridge, Haworth (home of the Bronte's), York and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, to name but a few. And if you're into walking and taking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, then look no further, you could start with the Calderdale Way or the stunning North Yorkshire National Park which is only an hours drive away.
