Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nook in the Wood is a bespoke shepherds hut created with your comfort and relaxation in mind. It is situated in the heart of the countryside yet only 15 mins from the beautiful coast and harbour town of Newquay. You will find us down a private lane surrounded by fields, bird-song and silence from the never ending traffic hum of our modern life. The Nook is carefully situated in an old orchard surrounded by wild flowers, and is a perfect retreat.

The Dairy Shed, converted barn nr. Aberaeron

The Dairy Shed is a self-contained converted barn with a wildflower roof. An 8 minute drive to the harbour town of Aberaeron, it is the perfect base to explore the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline. On your doorstep is plenty to see and do- the newly refurbished Ty Glyn hotel, bar and restaurant is a 10 minute walk away. Equally inviting is firing up the wood burner or sitting out with the fire pit on your own private deck to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the surrounding Aeron Valley.

Tranquil 1 bedroom cottage 15 mins drive to sea

Set on a quiet back lane, and with no near neighbours, this 1 bedroomed stone built cottage, perfect for 2, but can sleep up to 5 people (with the communal spaces). Fully modernised and sympathetically restored with a wood burner, TV, modern bathroom and outside patio and garden space. Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. Dogs are welcome

Nantygwynfan Cottage - Ty Hughes

Set in the Aeron Valley just outside the village of Dihewyd, Nantygwynfan is a family farm that has been lovingly converted into two lets for people to enjoy. Full of character and features, the COTTAGE combines the old and new perfectly so you have a truly comfortable stay. There is plenty nearby to explore; from the many footpaths that can be accessed close by to Ceredigion's Heritage Coast and it's only 6 miles from the picturesque, Georgian town of Aberaeron.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

Cosy cabin & small garden, 1.5 miles to the beach

Situated on a quiet road in between the sea side town of New Quay and Llanarth, our cabin is close enough to be by the sea in 5 minutes but without the crowds. The Cabin is situated at the end of our drive, with it's own parking area and a small private garden offering a sea view and is the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset in peace and quiet. Inside, the cabin offers a living space perfect for a couples retreat to get away and unwind.

Nestled amongst acres of working farmland, West Wales Retreat offers tranquillity, space and freedom. Located in the smallholding is Bwthyn Gilfach, a self-catering cottage made for two, with one bedroom. The cottage offers peace and quiet, 6 miles to Aberaeron (5 miles the other way to historic Lampeter). It is the perfect retreat for those who want to just relax or use this as a base to explore Ceredigion.
