The guest suite boasts a large secluded deck for basking in the sun during the day, or hosting a BBQ at night-and is dog friendly. It’s convenient for outings to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and local seafood restaurants. You can also “walk out the backyard gate” to dine at Coastal Kitchen and take an evening stroll on the beach.

Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

There's even a doggy door & potty area for your fur family. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Welcome to "Wabi Tei" Beach House. Experience panoramic ocean views as you move about this spacious beach house at Dillon Beach. The upper main level has an open floor plan where the family room, dining room, newly remodeled kitchen, bonus room and balcony enjoy that “million dollar view” of Dillon Beach. We have 20 feet of window seating to lounge on while you enjoy expansive windows that look out onto the ocean waves or enjoy a movie on a flat screen TV.
