Vila Ivka Holiday Resort

In a quiet area of continental Croatia, up in the hills 15 minutes from the city of Varazdin, you will find a small piece of heaven - Villa IVKA. Villa was built in 2021 and is located in one of the most peaceful parts of continental Croatia. Rustically modern architecture, glass fronts protruding from the house and a balcony on the second floor of the villa create an extraordinary width with a beautiful view of nature and the view extends all the way to hill Ivanšćica and Kalnik.

A luxurious walk-in shower and two toilettes. We offer you free parking on a secured parking lot just 200 steps away from the apartment.

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Newly built and open for tourists! Luxury villa in the croatian countryside, perfect for a family getaway or spending time amongst friends. The villa has two floors, 4 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms and 2 spacious kitchens. Each floor can be used separately, to get a feeling of privacy, yet still be in the same space enjoying the stillness of the surrounding nature, or have a pampering time in the pool, sauna and the jacuzzi.

Come to the hill of love and stay in pri lipi hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
