Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

Very private with a cosy log burner, fire pit area and state of the art hot tub as well as a stunning bath to soak all your stresses away in. Relax in the reclining sofa to a movie on Netflix thanks to Sky TV with super fast broadband. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
