L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico di Iglesias, in posizione strategica per uscire facilmente da Iglesias e raggiungere le migliori località turistiche della zona. In un attimo ti troverai nel centro di iglesias dove potrai apprezzare i migliori ristoranti della cittadina, oltre ad avere accesso a servizi quali ufficio postale, banca, farmacia. La sala da pranzo ed una camera da letto sono climatizzate. La spiaggia di Masua e Portu Cauli distano ca. 5min.
