Welcome to our paradise on the Wild Atlantic Way! Wake up to the stunning panoramic views over Glencolmcille Village, Glen Head and the Atlantic Ocean that are simply unforgettable.Glencolmcille village is only a ten minute walk and has a shop with fuel pumps, two pubs one serving lovely home cooked food,a cafe , post office and restaurant . Glencolmcille beach and the folk village are also in walking distance.The Slieve League cliffs and the silver strand beach are a 15 minute drive away.

Hannah's Thatched Cottage

Hannahs thatched cottage (pet friendly!) is one of the last remaining original thatched cottages in Inishowen. The cottage has recently and lovingly been restored to the highest standards. Hannahs is a perfect base for those who are looking for an adventure, surrounded by some of Irelands best hill walking trails, cleanest beaches and most breath-taking scenery. A 5-minute drive to numerous award-winning restaurants and cosy pubs and just a 10-minute walk to the village of Clonmany.

The historic Donegal Town Centre is only a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk. We have Lidl Supermarket, Supermacs and Papa Johns Pizza less than a 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk. The Town has everything that visitors require i.e. Restaurants, Entertainment, walks & tours of surrounding areas. A good base to explore the Wild Atlantic Way. Check in time is 4pm to 7pm. Bridget's- Donegal Town

Bridget's is a little two story cottage right beside our main house. It has two bedrooms; a double room on the ground floor and a twin room on the first floor. It has a spacious kitchen which has all the amenities guests should need during their stay. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower. Lastly the cosy sitting room is to the front of the house and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Bridget's is 1 mile (1.8km) from the centre of Donegal Town.

Dooey Hill Cottage - Beach Front

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Dooey Hill Cottage is nestled on the hillside by Dooey beach with Atlantic views, overlooking beautiful Traigheana bay (Bay of the Birds) and the mountains of Donegal. It is on 6 acres including shoreline, secluded yet only 5 minutes drive to local shops and pubs with traditional music and food, and a further 10 minutes to the town of Dungloe with several supermarkets, a bank and numerous traditional pubs and restaurants.

Located on the Wild Atlantic Way just outside the village of Kilcar with Sleive League to the West and Killybegs and Donegal town to the south. This is an ideal place to settle into for a night or two and return to each evening after visiting the beautiful Donegal countryside. There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.
