An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. You'll have an Espresso machine, Ice Cream maker, Workstation and all you need to have a great stay!

Two new bathrooms and one almost done and double bed added (see last two photos). 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, big balcony and separated kitchen make it very comfortable and spacious for families or group of friends. There is also small balcony behind too. Best area to avoid traffic jams. Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Romantic accommodation with beautiful view to the sea and old town from every side. Wake up with the sunrays on your face. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of domestic wine. The hosts will introduce you with the historical and cultural facts about Ulcinj, the environment and Montenegro in general. It is possible to make excursions or go fishing on the river Bojana. Nearest beach is just 200 m away, famous Ladies' beach 400 m. Take a walk in the pine forest and further to the cliffs.

Apartment "Garden" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

Coratina Cottage

Our elegant and charming cottage provides an ideal escape for individuals in search of serenity and calmness, with olive trees, some of which have stood for centuries. The cottage is well located and situated on the local road to Valdanos beach. Moreover, its convenient location merely 2.8 km away from the historic town of Ulcinj adds to its appeal. The Coratina Cottage offers a serene retreat that is just 2.1 km away from the beautiful Valdanos Beach.
