Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Enjoy the stunning forest view from this master-bedroom-turned-guest-suite perched among the trees. Climb the stairs on the rear of the house (40+ total steps, please be prepared) and feel like you're climbing into the vibrant Atlanta canopy. View the sunrise from full height picture windows. This wonderful cozy studio is super private, with its own entrance right on the side of the house. Plus, it comes with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s a peaceful, private space with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a big refrigerator, a queen-size bed, a 45” smart TV, a private entrance, an outdoor deck that leads to the backyard, and parking right next to the unit. We’re just a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the GA Aquarium, and 15 minutes to Gas South Arena.
