There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Nearest restaurants and bars are 15 minutes walk at Penn Hill and Westbourne. The property is located 2 miles from Bournemouth with regular buses close-by. Branksome railway station is 0.75 mile distance. Further afield the accommodation makes a great hub to explore the wider area including the Jurassic Coast, New Forest and Studland.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
