Enjoy the country setting with convenient proximity to Richland and the beautiful Gull Lake. This cozy home is nestled on a wooded acre. You enter the home off the deck into the kitchen, which leads to an open layout living space. The dining room features a large window overlooking nature. Down the hallway are two comfortable bedrooms and a renovated bath. Basement with washer and dryer available. Guests have access to kayaks on Gull Lake. Within 20 minutes of both Kalamazoo and Battle Creek.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in the basement level of the home. 1 private bedroom with an added massage chair to use at your convenience. Total of 2 separate sleeping areas when using the pull down Queen Murphy bed in living room. Your own kitchenette space, full bathroom and separate living room area with your own private entry through the backyard. You will have access to a hot tub area during your visit with a sitting area that's 420 friendly with fire pit.

Watch the geese land and deer drink from the lake all while sitting on the walk out deck. Ranch style home with 2 BRs + 1 full bath upstairs with a partially finished 3rd BR and 3/4 bath downstairs. Cabin off 39 - Peaceful, private one bedroom cabin

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
