Our historic home (1895) is adjacent to the Grove Park golf course. We have beautiful long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a swimming pool, and are close to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the Grove Park Inn. Our private downstairs suite has its own path and entrance with a lockbox. It includes a bedroom, living room, and bathroom (see details in "the space"). Come relax, explore, and enjoy the views, patios, and sunsets. Pet friendly.

This home is so convenient to the Biltmore House you can walk about 100 feet and actually see it. The Blue Ridge Parkway is approximately 3 miles away, Outlets for the shoppers, hiking & biking for adventurers, Breweries for the beer lovers, Downtown Asheville is just 7 minutes, a shared pool is located on/near the grounds.
